Expiry of the cost-of-living surcharge (TC) and new pricing valid from 01.01.2024

Dear valued customers and business partners,

As we approach the end of another demanding year, we reflect on the challenges faced together. Despite disruptions in the supply and procurement sectors, such as incidents in the Suez Canal, CO2 levies, toll increases, and more, we have resolved to discontinue the introduced cost of living surcharge (TC) effective December 31, 2023.

Cost adjustments will be seamlessly reintegrated into our regular prices. New pricing and updated price lists will be in effect from January 1, 2024, available upon request from our Customer Service team. Our commitment is to maintain price stability, and we've successfully implemented reductions for specific items.

We extend our sincere gratitude for your ongoing collaboration. Looking ahead, we are eager to continue being a dependable partner in the coming year. Wishing you and your families a joyful Christmas and a healthy, prosperous start to 2024!

Please note that our offices will be closed from December 23, 2023, to January 1, 2024.
